Holiday Shutdown

We'll be closing soon for our end of year break. Please get any orders in by December 11 to get them processed before the shutdown. We'll reopen on January 4th. Orders can be submitted during this shutdown, but will not be processed until return.

Flat Rate shipping within Australia

During the current testing stage, shipping is a flat $10AUD rate within Australia.

Heading to CanCon2023?

We'll be in attendance, in both the Trader and Roleplaying pavilions. If you'd like to collect an order from us there and save on postage, please use the 'Pickup from Cancon 2023' for free collection at the event. (Pickup will be from the Trader Pavilion). Pickup orders should be placed by January 15th 2023.

We've included some frequently asked questions for this service below.

What's the largest item I can print?
The maximum size is 110 x 58 x 66mm. Files larger than this may report an error message and will not give a quality option to print.

My item fits within that area, but I get a message it will not fit. What can I do?
Try uploading the file, but make sure the 'auto-orientation' option is not selected. This can resolve the issue.

Can you print my file at a different resolution?
We are currently only offering 50 micron prints, but may offer more in the future.

What is the largest (in MB) size file I can upload?
The current maximum file size is 256MB.

Do I need to make sure my file has supports before uploading?
No, we can arrange supports for unsupported files if needed, though pre-supported files are preferred.

Can I have an order shipped outside of Australia?
This printing service and shipping is currently only offered within Australia

Will you wash and cure prints before sending them?
Prints are delivered washed, cured, and with supports still attached. Some cleaning may be necessary

Can I save money by printing a hollow model?
We advise against using enclosed hollow files, as these can cause issues with the life of the print
